It's super easy! Just submit an order request right here on our website, and it will go straight to our inbox. Once we confirm your pickup time and payment, we'll bake your cookies fresh to order!
Where do I pick up?
We are located in the Wellen Park area of Venice, FL. For safety and privacy, we will provide you with our exact pickup address once your order is confirmed!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every batch is made special just for you, all sales are final once your order is confirmed. Thank you for understanding!
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Since we bake to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, missed pickups, incorrect selections, or failure to collect your treats.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes, they do! Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please note that our products are made in a home kitchen (under Florida Cottage Food law) where cross-contact with allergens is possible.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $20—perfect for putting together a sweet box of our giant 6oz cookies!
